Do You Possess Well-Being?

Webster's Dictionary defines well-being as, "the state of being happy, healthy or prosperous"

What are 3 characteristics you would need to possess in order to feel a sense of well-being in your life? I've got numerous attributes that would define "Well-Being", but here are several that embody the definition for me, personally:

1. VITALITY, having energy to do what I need to do and enjoying doing.

2. Having PEACE OF MIND; being able to sleep well and live without chronic worrying.

3. Accepting Change in my life, and using it to my benefit! Change is inevitable so I might as well prosper from it!!

4. Having CONFIDENCE in myself. I can handle whatever life hands to me. I accept the challenge.

5. Being GRATEFUL and APPRECIATING my Life as it is, right here, right now.

6. Having a POSITIVE Body Image.

7. Engaging in FULFILLING Relationships.
