  1. Hi Rae - it's so nice to see you here regularly!! I sent this post to a friend who has digestive issues and is just exploring holistic approaches. It also reminded me that I used to drink a T of ACV with water daily (with added 1 tsp of blackstrap molasses) and have not lately. Good idea to start again!
