Outcome Based Approach to Life VS Purpose Based Approach to Life...
With the first approach the focus is on "What is in it for me?" One asks his/herself how may I have "success" and have more material possessions? With the Purpose based approach the question asked is "What may I give?" One lives each moment with a sense of fulfilling one's Purpose which leads to experiencing joy. paraphrased from Wayne Dyer's book "Real Magic"
