How to Become Radiantly Beautiful & Vibrantly Healthy

Summer offers us the time to partake of Live Food from our gardens, from trees and bushes!!! Summer is filled with a vast array of fresh produce to fill us with the Energy of the Sun and offer us the benefits of true cleansing and renewal. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate and am grateful for fresh mulberries straight from the Source! I can actually feel surges of energy course through my body minutes after partaking of this fruit! I also enjoy raspberries and fresh greens from the garden. What we put into our body (food AND thoughts) can make all the difference. Discrimination is key when choosing our dietary intake. Will that processed candy bar offer us the same Vitality as a bowl of freshly picked raspberries grown from the soil we live on? Use Fresh Live Food to be one of your Secret Beauty Treatments~ Radiating Beauty and Health comes from within!

I found the Life Force Energy book by Natalia Rose to provide alot of beneficial information to those seeking a higher quality of life and well-being. This way of eating and regarding food is not a diet per se, but a lifestyle...a choice. You don't have to become a vegetarian or eat all raw foods (which according to Traditional Chinese Medicine is not advocated for those living in cold climates)...you simply have to learn how to discriminate what you take in.
Tips such as eating light foods first (ie fruit) before ingesting heavier foods is offered, along with the rules of food combining. Recipes are also included.
Are you filled with Life Force Energy? Here are a few questions from the test listed in the book (pg 109-113):

b) sometimes
c) not at all
